Do you speak Braille?

It is a little known fact that Braille is the official language of time travelers. A form of communication that well suits their needs. It has become widely accepted for Braille to be used to annotate public places— however only a very small percentage of people can actually read Braille(In 1998-99 there were approximately 55,200 legally blind children, but only 5,500 of them used Braille as their primary reading medium.[6][7]). Have you ever noticed Braille writing on a drive up ATM and wondered, “Why would that be here? A blind person shouldn’t be driving.” This is how time travelers communicate openly amongst themselves without the average person taking notice. Hidden in plain site are plaques telling of things that have happened, unhappened, or have yet to be.
